Futon Mattresses, by
Federal Law, cannot be returned or exchanged. Mattress
manufacturers have various warranties depending on the
construction of the individual Futon mattress.
Futon Frames also have various manufacturers’
warranties, which usually range from 1 year to lifetime,
depending on the individual manufacturer. If the
manufacturer of a particular Frame is no longer in
business, Arise Futon cannot be responsible for repair
or replacement of a damaged part.
Since most Futon Sofas, Bed Frames and Accessories are
custom ordered, Arise Futon sales are final and cannot
he returned for a refund or store credit.
